2020 Salem Forest River- Sleep up to 8 people, however I recommend no more than 6 to be completely comfortable but its up to you, there's 1 queen Murphy bed located in the living area, a separate bunk house for the kiddos and the dinette also transforms to a full size bed.- Power outlets & charging stations located through and out.- The kitchen has a 2 pilot gas stove, microwave, sink, and refrigerator. There's also an electric griddle, coffee maker, and small air fryer located under the sink for use. I will also provide flatware.-A.C- Full restroom (shower, sink, toilette)- Smart T.V is located in the living space which is compatible with cable, satellite, or wifi.-The outdoor area is equipped with an awning; during the day it gives lots of shade which also has LED lights that looks beautiful at night.-There's an outdoor gas grill for BBQ'n and refrigerator to store your refreshments.-On the back you have an outdoor shower available to use-Additional outdoor storage for lounge chairs etc.***** Please Note The Rules******If you are picking up and encounter a toll, please stop and pay all tolls, the camper is not equipped with a toll pass, you will be billed for any unpaid toll invoices.***No smoking!***Some pets are allowed, Limited two; (multiple pets require multiple deposits)***If you need flexibility with pick up and drop off times let us know during booking process, willing to work with you.***If you use the outdoor grill please clean before returning, same with any dishes, pots, or pans***Please remove all trash and food from camper***If picking up YOU are responsible for emptying the tank (sewage) failure to empty tank will result in a fee. There's also a option to choose the add on that will allow you to return the camper without emptying the tank.***1hr grace period on returns, late returns will be subject to a late fee in the amount of a nightly rental. (Willing to work with you as long as you communicate with me)***If you try to reschedule less than 1 week prior to your reservation you may be charged a rescheduling fee***Lock out services may result in a fee.( If you lock yourself out of the RV and a locksmith needs to be called, you may be responsible for the locksmith fee)***We follow all CDC Guidelines and the unit will be disinfected before and after each rental for Covid prevention******Note: THE Awning IS Unavailable AS OF NOW DUE TO THE Recent Hurricanes, Waiting FOR Dealerships TO Have AN Opening TO BE Repaired IN Between Booking, I Apologize IN Advance FOR ANY Inconvenience, DUE TO THE Inconvenience I Will Provide A 10X10 Canopy Free OF Charge, I Have Also Discounted MY Nightly Rate From THE Recommended Nightly Rate That Outdoorsy Suggest**

Loved the trailer! It came with all the amenities we needed, and the kids took to the bunk beds straight away! Great communication with Derek. He made booking easy and our four day, three night, camping adventure a dream! I would definitely recommend :)

5 days with 3 grands! Towed excellent. Set-up perfect for those not requiring a rolling condo. Well appointed, stocked and very clean. Very helpful owners and nice to rent from.
