Wonderfully livable, this Connect offers style and flexibility to meet every family’s needs and desires. Even the most finicky gourmet will appreciate the stylish, well-planned kitchens with homelike, full-size, stainless steel appliances and rich handcrafted maple cabinetry along with gracious dining options. All the basics supplied, just bring food, snacks, bedding and your favorite pillows.This is a family friendly camping unit and is our own family camping unit we use for our family camping vacations, please be mindful and respectful.
There are NO pets allowed in this unit.
This unit does NOT go to music festivals.
There is absolutely no smoking of any substance or product in this unit.Can be pulled very easily with most 1/2 ton trucks, electric brake controller must be used. Equalizer hitch will be provided if needed.
Due to the large size 12V refrigerator, microwave, big screen tv and air conditioning, this unit requires a minimum of 30 amp service or the use of a generator. (Not provided) generator rental arrangements can be made. If using own generator a 30amp RV plug or adapter must be used.Delivery and set up are available upon request for additional fee.Unit will be clean inside and out and all tanks empty ready to go. Must be returned in the same manner or additional fees will apply.Owners rental agreement must be signed and completed before keys are handed over.During the off season Sept - May, additional charges may occur for propane consumption due to inclement weather changes. Will be the renters responsibility to refill tanks if needed during the rental period.In the off season, holding tanks and bathroom facilities will not be permitted for use between the months of Oct-April without prior approval by owners.Starting 2024 minimum bookings will be 3 nights for all bookings. Please message owner for inquires about your specific dates to check for availability.
