Our Spacious 2017-26' Jayco trailer is in Spotless condition with everything you need. We thoroughly clean & disinfect the trailer after each use .To help make your Vacation more enjoyable & relaxing, our RV trailer Includes:RV Queen bed with comfortable "upgraded" 10 inch cool sleep gel Memory Foam Mattress Plus Sheets, Blanket & comforterBunk Beds which the kids really love. Bottom Sheets for Bunk Beds.Table & Couch convert to BedsIncludes AC, Heat, Fridge, T.V., Radio, Microwave, Toaster, Gas Stove & Oven, external propane connection for cooking, outside shower & awning.Trailer is stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, cooking pans as well as a French press coffee pot, stove top griddle, lanterns & camping chairs.Pets are allowed on your trip. Please do not allow them to roam freely in the trailer. They must be kenneled to avoid damaging the interior. No Smoking/Vaping in the trailer.When reserving a camp site, the trailer needs a Minimum of 31 feet of space but longer is preferable. When reserving your site, please inquire if any hookups are included. If needed, a generator is available for a daily charge of $18 for up to 6 hours per day. ($3.00/hour after that)Delivery fee includes setting up the trailer ready for your use, a complete tour of RV & picking up when done. Delivery by 3:00 pm. Pickup by 11:00 am except on Sundays which will be between 12:00-3:00 pm, depending on your location.

If Renter is towing the trailer, a short driving test (5 -7 minutes) is necessary before taking possession of trailer as per requirements of Outdoorsy insurance.

NO SMOKING/VAPING in Trailer--$150.00 fee will be charged against Deposit if any smoke odor is detected..
Renter is responsible for all tickets, tows and tolls.
SECURITY: Please Lock up the trailer/rented generator when gone for the day.
