Tailgate, hunting trip with the bros, family camp out in the national forest? This beast is your bestie!!! We are very close to Steamboat Lake, Pearl Lake, and the National Forest. Want to stay on our small scale farm? The size of the camper makes it easy enough to get around but large enough to have all the amenities.Update for 2024: we are no longer accepting longer trips that will leave the state. The old girl has racked up miles over the past 3 years!!Cosa è inclusoAll linens included for the two permanent beds, as well as the fold down kitchenette bed, & pillows. Everything for full table service included: silverware, plates, cups, French press coffee maker, tea pot, etc.

Tim & Nissa Brodman. We are military veterans serving in both OEF and OIF. We have a small, sustainable farm just north of Steamboat Springs, Colorado with pigs, goats, cattle, chickens, ducks, geese and a huge garden (www.thelittlepenny.com). We have four little girls who love the farm life. We love to hike, fish, SUP, ski, sled, and just be outside! Going anywhere with this wild family is memorable!

Tim was easy to work with and quick to troubleshoot any issues. My kids nicknamed her “Betty”, and she has a fierce engine hauling us over dozens of mountain passes. She may be older but she’s sturdy.

It was so easy to Rent this RV. Tim was so nice, and prompt with response for any needs or updates. We went off grid and had batteries go dead on generator and so we had a couple not so warm nights. Tim accomidated our needs and was very apologetic and i am sure the issue will be rectified. I will have no problem renting again.

Tim walked us through the function and feature of all the appliances and noted all time, mileage and fluid levels. The RV was comfortable on a 4 day camp out at Stagecoach reservoir. Dumping the black and gray water tanks was easy and took only a few minutes. We had a good time and will rent from Tim and Lissa again.
