Everything you need is included minus food, your luggage and a desire to hit the road for an adventure.The coach has a main king sized bed located in a private master bedroom and a full sized couch bed in the living area. The king bed is 13.5 inches thick and is extremely comfortable. The couch bed mattress is a 6 inch gel filled memory foam mattress which is also very comfortable and I have slept on it to test it and I had zero back pain. All of the master bedroom passenger side cabinets and drawers have automatic lights installed so when you open a drawer it is lit up immediately, for the cabinets must waive your hand and the lights turn on. The master bedroom bed has storage below it and contains the couch mattress, which is in it's own vacuum packed bag, all bedding and pillows for the couch bed, also vacuum packed, 2 folding chairs, outdoor mat, popup cloths bag.The living area has a desk area with a folding chair, 32 inch flat screen smart TV and a fireplace that is also an electric heater. There is an Hdmi switcher so you can plug in your Apple TV box or other electronics and a Blue Ray disc player.The kitchen area has a 2 basin sink, convection microwave, 3 burner stove and oven, a dual purpose refrigerator and a TV. To help supplement refrigerator and freezer space, included in the rental is a portable refrigerator/freezer you can use as a footrest while sitting on the couch, at least that is what I use it for as well as keeping things cool and frozen.Kitchen is also stocked with pots and pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, Keurig coffee maker, automatic nugget ice maker, storage containers, knives and cutting board and dish drainer/dryer. Every rental includes a case of bottled water and power aid.The bathroom is nicely appropriated with a brand new porcelain soft seat close large toilet, walk in rounded shower, a nice sink with plenty of storage underneath, a medicine cabinet with mirror, skylight to bring in natural light and an exhaust fan. Additional storage is located next to the shower. More than enough toilet paper is stocked so you will never run out. Also includes towels, wash cloths and a shower mat. Shower has a caddy and a 3 tube soap/shampoo/conditioner pump to make life simple.The coach is equipped with a 5.5 kW generator and powers everything in the coach. The coach has 2 A/C units to keep it nice and comfortable during the hot summer days. If it gets a little cool outside, there is the fireplace electric heater in the living area, multiple small electric heaters behind the master bedroom TV and if you really need it the main propane heating system for the entire coach. I try to use all electric to save the propane if I really need it for cooking, hot water and the refrigerator.The coach has a 10 gallon hot water heater that is heated by electric and/or propane. That means on initial startup you can use both electric and propane to quickly heat the water, then switch off the propane and just use electric after that.There are a few accessories I have included in this rental to make life interesting:

This is a large machine and does have some limitations, especially in tight spots and un-level surfaces. Try to make sure you can get in and out of the spot easily, very easy to cause damage. The motorhome was very nice well stocked clean all over stay was great Greg was wonderful to work with make sure we had things we needed getting my opinion were above and beyond took time to explain everything about the coach all in all highly recommend it will be using him again.

• Smoking is not allowed in the coach. Forfeiture of your deposit and an additional cleaning fee of $1000 will be charged. • The RV is required to be leveled before extending the slides or slide damage will occur. Renters insurance or renter will be responsible for any damage. • This coach is monitored for all engine aspects, including location and speed. Do not exceed 65 miles per hour, it's not a race. If you feel uncomfortable at higher speeds, please slow down, cars will pass you. • If you use the awning make sure to keep an eye out for bad weather. If the awning is out and high winds hit, damage may occur. • This RVs rear tires are more forward than other types, the rear will kick out about 2 feet during a turn. Hug the appropriate lane, left or right, to give yourself a cushion from the vehicles next to you. This will help prevent any unwanted contact. • Passing trucks and higher winds will push the RV around a bit. Don't try to over correct, this may cause an accident. Use gentle turns of the steering wheel. You will get a good feel once you drive it for a couple of hours. If you are feeling nervous at your current speed in windy conditions, then slow down. • Drive defensively, keep at least 5 to 6 car lengths from the vehicle in front of you so you can stop if something happens. Crashing dishes in the cabinet is not good and if you crash this coach you will cause a lot of damage. • The Solo Stove is available for your convenience. There are rubber gloves and stainless steel cleaner in the compartment next to the stove. After use, please clean the Solo Stove with stainless steel cleaner before putting it back in the storage case. • Use the inflatable raft at your own risk, we are not responsible for bad decisions.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

A.

The key is in the minimum 5 hours of training I provide to ensure you can operate everything and drive safely. Another item I provide is a visual manual that lays out everything you will do with the coach. I am also available anytime you need help, either by phone, FaceTime or Rapid Radio.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

A.

When we go through the hands on training, I will show you potentially different pad configurations you may run into and how to navigate those correctly. A tricky situation you could get into is if you stay at a State Park that doesn't have a sewer connection. You will either have to drive the coach to a dump station or have a portable dump tank. If possible try to stay at places that have a sewer connection, will make your life much easier.

Can I pull my vehicle behind the coach?

A.

Well that depends on the weight of the vehicle. The hitch rating on this coach is 5000 pounds. You have to take into account of the weight of the trailer or car dolly. If your vehicle and the trailer/car dolly equals or is less than 5000 pounds, you can tow it. We do not provide trailers or car dollys so you will have to provide that yourself. Also ensure your insurance will cover any damages to your vehicle, typically the insurance only covers the coach.

What kind of license to I need to drive a large Class A coach?

A.

No special license is required, but you will need to be verified before you will be able to drive it. Anyone that may drive the coach needs to be verified as well. There are some locations where they have special rules concerning Class A coaches. When you plan out your route make sure you check to ensure no special licensing requirements exist in those areas you intend to visit.
