Vehicle Condition
The RV was fantastic, in great condition, easy to tow, and perfect for wilderness camping. It was as described and worked well for our trip.
Communication & Responsiveness
Communication was great; the owner went over everything, was very accommodating for pickup/drop-off, and always good to work with, trying to help with any issues.

5.0Once we figured out the quirks with the trailer things were less frustrating. Paper owner's manul would have been helpful. When we couldn't figure out something we'd go to internet where there were videos. Unfortunately to answer one thing you'd have to watch the whole video and a couple of times the video didn't explain things clearly. Owners were good to work with and tried to help. Trailer worked well for dry camping. Personally I found the fold out bed to be cumbersom by taking up space making the room smaller and most likely won't use this type of trailer again. Overall a good trailer and had a great time.
