AGE: Minimum renter age of 25
DRUGS / SMOKING: No illegal or illicit drugs allowed. No smoking or vaping of any kind allowed inside the trailer.
PETS / ANIMALS: All pets must be approved in advance. When approved, all pets must be crated when unsupervised. No pets are allowed on beds or furniture. Generally, only XS to MED/LG dogs allowed.
ADDITIONAL ITEMS: Must always be locked up in compartments and/or secured when left unattended. Trailer doors and compartments must always be locked and secured when left vacant.
SECURING FOR TRANSIT: Awning must be secured in the closed position for traveling and at any times when there is wind advisory. Outdoor kitchen mini-fridge and indoor tv must be secured during transit. All over head vents need to be shut.
RV ROOF: No one is allowed on the roof.
PROPANE TANKS: Will be full upon pick up for your enjoyment.

4.0Our Family trip involved 23 members with their RV's or tents staying in Deception Pass Park, a beautiful place. I've never rented or used an RV before and didn't know about all the nuances as far as amenities, and this RV had enough to keep us comfortable and content. Everyone loved our RV choice noting the amount of space, the cleanliness, updated appliances, room for 8 guest. Jacob is a nice guy. His daughter is a remarkable young lady and loves her dad. Jacob was very helpful with the few questions I had and put my mind at ease. I would recommend him. Ray

The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. Jacob was an outstanding host and truly went above and beyond our expectations. He was responsive, helpful, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. It’s clear he takes great pride in providing a top-notch experience for his guests.
