Responsive and flexible hosts
Emilia and her team were highly responsive and flexible with pick-up/drop-off. Guests found them very helpful and noted their efforts to address issues, despite one persistent freezer smell.

4.0The renters were very responsive and flexible for pick up and drop off. The only challenge was they had not been able to remove a smell from the freezer from a previous renter prior to picking it up. I know they tried, but ultimately it kept us from using the refrigerator/freezer the entire trip. Everything else was an absolute pleasure.
