This newly remodeled camp trailer is an extension of our home, and you can be our guest!
The "Miller Manor Mini" is a 22’ Pioneer Spirit trailer. These are quality trailers and are beyond reliable. Every function in the trailer works. Some of these functions include:
-Heating / Air conditioning
-Tanks, Water/Waste handling
-Tires, brakes and jack systems
-Gas systems(cooking and refrigerator)
-Battery and electrical systems.We have recently remodeled some of the features in the trailer, and have given a very modern feel. The lighting is all LED. Has a flatscreen TV for entertainment and when camping with hookups, enjoy digital cable TV.The beds are very comfortable. There is a double bed with a memory foam topper that sleeps 2 adults. There is a small bunk bed above that, suitable for a child.
The table makes down to a bed, sleeping 2 children or 1 adult. The couch in the front of the trailer makes down to a bed sleeping 2 children or an adult.The walls are well insulated, making your stay comfortable. The air blows hot/cold and strong and has a reliable thermostat to keep you comfortable.
The trailer has a basket for hauling additional storage for bikes, firewood, etc. There is a ton of storage available in and around the trailer.
Sleeps 4 adults comfortably, or in our case 2 adults and 4 children comfortably.The tires have had low miles and are kept protected to minimize flat possibility. We have taken care of this trailer for your enjoyment. We have accessories like camp chairs, firewood, etc. that we can include upon request. This trailer is easy to pull. It is easy to attach and detach. Includes stabilizers and sway control. The jack is electronic so attaching to a hitch is simple!This trailer is pet friendly. We are pet owners and know that they add a great level of enjoyment to a trip. Most campgrounds have a limit however so please check that before you book with pets. If you do have a pet, we charge a non refundable $75 additional cleaning fee to make sure the next campers get a clean trailer!We include as much as possible to make your trip turnkey, including;
Ice Trays, Basic Spices, Paper Plates/Cups/Bowls and plasticware. Tools for just about anything you will encounter. A double camp chair, single camp chair, and one child chair. A 10'x10' canopy for your camp site. Blankets.You will want to bring;
