Thoroughly supportive and communicative host
James consistently explains vehicle functions, answers texts during trips, and provides helpful, easy-going support, making the rental process convenient and stress-free for all guests, especially first-time renters.
Well-maintained and fully stocked RV
The RV is consistently described as very nice, in great condition, and exactly as advertised. Guests reported sleeping well, working AC, and appreciated that it was well-stocked with everything needed for their trips, exceeding expectations.

5.0James was an absolute delight to work with. Having never rented an rv before, I was a bit nervous about the process. Having James be so easy going and pleasant took a lot of stress off my shoulders and allowed me to enjoy our family trip! The rv was exactly as advertised.
