**Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or illegal drug use inside of RV, or near open doors or windows of the RV. Evidence of it will forfeit the entire deposit. **No storing foods with strong odors, such as raw fish, inside the RV. No cooking foods with a strong odor inside of RV. **Unit must be returned fully cleaned as it was received, with garbage emptied, dishes washed and returned to cabinets, counters and table wiped down, floors swept...etc. to avoid cleaning fee. **Please place all towels, sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and comforter into shower. Cleaning supplies provided. Bedding and towels not returned or returned soiled beyond normal usage will be replaced at cost plus 20% for time. **We have our own rental agreement that must be signed by owners & renters before drop off. This helps keep everyone on the same page.
