Private Master bedroom with Bunk House in the rear. This new and spacious 35’ travel trailer has 2 slide outs to give you lots of space to move around. Great for a family vacation as it sleeps 9 people. Bunk house has two “bed above” bunks and 2 floor level cushion chairs to watch tv in from that also fold out into a queen sized bed. Pull out leather sofa and convertible dinette in living area. Electric jack and auto leveling system. Large 18’ awning with lights. Large outdoor kitchen with fridge, hand washing sink and ice maker. Comes with quick connect gas grill and three burner camp stove with griddle for large breakfasts or dinners. The camper has 2 televisions with dvd players, bluetooth radio with indoor/outdoor speakers. Lots of internal and underneath storage. Thermostat controlled & ducted A/C and Heat with a second roof mounted A/C in bunk house for those sweltering summer days. Also has 7,500 BTU electric fireplace with “mood” lighting. Both refrigerators run on the batteries while traveling. The Kitchen is large and comes equipped with a microwave, 4 burner stove and conventional oven. Kitchen is equipped with all cooking supplies and utensils. Standard water/sewer connections with all hoses. All power cables provided for a 30amp connection with 50amp connector that is needed when running both A/C’s. (2) 30lbs propane tanks. Cleaning supplies provided if you choose to return the camper cleaned or we can do it for you for a fee. Cleaning fee ($150) will come out of the deposit. Towing Requirements: Must Utilize our weight distribution sway control hitch with a 2-15/16” ball – 7 pin connector and trailer brake controller in your tow vehicle. Hitch Receiver Size: 2"x2".
