2021 Forest River Salem

We love the unit, but it was not clean when we arrived. We spent 45 minutes cleaning the bathroom and kitchen and sweeping the floors. The door quit closing the last day of our rental, so we couldn't lock it at night. There is a leak in the ceiling above the DR table. Several drawer doors are coming off. The unit needs some TLC. Communication was very off this time. Last time was better, but this time we couldn't reach Shelton due to a phone disconnect. The campers remained on private property for 2 days past pickup time. Thank goodness their next delivery was the following day. Please take time to clean the campers prior to delivery.

Absolute perfection! This worked out better than expected and our trailer had everything we could possibly need! The beds were firm and comfy so i couldn't feel when my husband had to get up in the middle of the night. Everything was ready to go when we arrived which was extremely convenient. Shelton was responsive and tentative which was very helpful. We will be utilizing this option for travel in the future. Thank you Shelton, for giving us such a great first experience with Outdoorsy.
