Your home away from home, 5th wheels are made a little differently than most tow behind models, our unit has a separate master bedroom with a queen size bed, its own master slide out with lots of storage, easy access to the bathroom with a nice shower and hot water. The main cabin features a full kitchen with all the comforts of home. The living room and kitchen area offer two additional slide outs, so you can relax in the main cabin, sit in one of our 2 leather recliners watch TV, sit at the desk area, or the pull-out couch that sleeps 2 more.Our camper is Dog friendly (2 max) with an additional $500 deposit and $100 per pet in additional rent. Water and Sewer hook ups. We offer (for a fee) drop off/hook-up and pick-up, and sewer pump service. Ask about renting anything extra you may need, additional cots for sleeping, generator, firewood, grill, coolers, camping chairs, tables, and more.

RaccomandazioniWe are very close to Yellow Springs OH, they have several state and local parks close by including John Bryon (John Bryan has a camp ground), Clifton Gorge, Glenn Helen and lots of shopping and restaurants, there is also access to a bike path. Neighboring towns are Fairborn, Clifton, Cedarville, Xenia and Springfield. We are close to Dayton Ohio which is home to the US Airforce Museum, home of the Wright Brothers and historical sites. There are several other lakes and campgrounds close by. • No Music festivals.
• Unless otherwise arranged the sewer storage must be dumped and flushed/cleaned before return, we will charge a $150 dump fee if this is not done. You can prepay us for this service and we will transport and dump it for you for $75.
• Our camper is Dog friendly (2 max) with an additional $500 deposit and $100 per pet in additional rent.
