We use this camper as well for our family of 5 so it’s important to us that this travel trailer feels like home away from home. We work hard to make sure we pass that same experience on to you. Its very clean, deep cleaned after every use, and most everything inside is brand new!Great features for this comfy camper includes outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, awning with LED outdoor lighting, outdoor stereo which includes Bluetooth, 40” Smart TV with Netflix/Amazon and other streaming services (must use your own subscriptions), DVD player with 75 DVDs (mixture of children and family movies), basic cookware and kitchenware provided, and coffee maker.NO Linens, Towels, OR Pillows Provided. This was due to our last renters destroying and staining our nice new sheets and comforter. Not real thrilled with the lack of respect some people have for our property.The bunkhouse features an “L” shaped bunks (3 total) with another tri-fold mattress. The bunks are really designed for children and has a total weight limit of 300lbs. The dinette coverts to a small bed and the sofa converts to a sleeper/sofa. The large bedroom has two sliding doors for excluded privacy has a queen-sized bed with a memory foam mattress topper. The bedroom also has storage/closet for clothing.Things to consider bringing with you, camping chairs, toiletries, pillows, wood for outdoor bonfire, and food.Things to consider leaving behind, grouchy people!Delivery Only....Sorry, there is too much risk involved with others pulling the camper and having no experience setting up and tearing down.NO Smoking please.Any further questions, feel free to reach out. My wife and I love the lake, camping, and just finding excuses to be outside, travel the country and see this beautiful land that God has created.
