We take the stress of towing out of your hands. We set up and Pick up when your adventure is over.
Perfect for getting used to RV life (we can help with this). We are within 2 hours of Loto, Table Rock, Bull Shoals and Beaver Lake, you will not have a hard time finding a place to stay. If the lake is not your thing the Ozarks has many other wonderful sites to take in. Branson*Northwest Arkansas and so much more!
Inside you will find one queen bed with a very nice (traditional mattress) in a curtained bedroom, double full sized camper bunk beds (which are perfect for kids) and a pull out couch if needed. There is also a drop dining table if you have many littles needing a place to lay down. Sleeps one family comfortably but we have had 4 adults and 2/3 kids at times.Fully functioning kitchen with stove, microwave and coffee pot for the days that you prefer to stay inside. There is no generator so the RV must be connected to electricity to operate AC/heat, fridge etc but we have adaptors so it can be connected to 30/50AMP.
One thing to note is that there is no tv in this trailer. We normally spend most of our time outside and if someone gets desperate for Netflix they use their phone.If you have any requests to make this more comfortable please let me know! ThanksImportant info

Most campgrounds have amenities such as a boat ramp and swim area that make it ideal to get close and has great features for the whole family.A great way to get close to your event but still have some comforts from home (AC, running water etc.)What our camper is not:

A show camper- we have slight hail damage that I hardly notice but you may**A few years ago we had some hail damage, as a result Outdoorsy is unable to provide us with insurance. Rec.gov has some great sites at reasonable prices but sometimes we splurge for the private campgrounds with more amenities (such as a pool, hot tub or kid activities). If there is an excess amount of hair $25.00 will be deducted for additional cleaning time.No Smoking inside the RV- a $100 fee will be deducted from your security deposit for failure to follow this rule.DELIVERY ONLY-which means we will deliver, set-up, tear down and dump and clean the tanks after your use. This is all included in the standard delivery fee 1.75/mile.Owner will provide information on operation of RV at time of pickup and will provide instruction manuals for operation of RV systems, features and appliances. It is renter’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost to repair. You will sign and acknowledge your understanding of our provided information.
