The 2021 Georgetown 36k7 floorplan offers 2 full baths, residential refrigerator, & bunks! A booth dinette is opposite kitchen with a farmhouse sink, 3-burner cooktop, & microwave convection-oven. A TV sits across from theater seats for easy entertainment. A mid-ship full bath is across from bunk beds. The bedroom offers a king bed, washer/dryer, and full master bath. The cab provides swivel captain seats, table, & power overhead bunk (full size) that holds up to 500lbs. Outside is a built-in entertainment center, includes TV, Bluetooth radio and canopy to block the sun while enjoying the outside amenities. There's nothing like the open road with the family all together or staying parked looking out at a lake for the night. The renter will be charged a $25.00 fee plus the cost of fuel ($8.99 per gallon) for not returning the unit at the correct levels. Propane tanks are filled upon departure and are required to be full upon return.***Propane Tank***The renter will be charged $25.00 plus the cost of propane ($125.00) if tanks are not returned full. Propane tanks will need to be filled and cannot be exchanged.****SMOKING****Remember this is someone else property and we ask that you treat it with love and make it your home away from home. Wow! Wow! Wow! What a first class unit & owner knowledge and communication skills! This unit is home away from home w/ nothing lacking in comfort, luxury and upgraded features. 3 guest for us but we counted you could comfortably sleep 10! Book this one, no need to look and further! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This Coach is as awesome as it’s owner! We ran into a few issues but Fern was only a text away. He does a thorough walk through and explains every aspect of this RV. It’s immaculate and so comfortable. We went from Texas to Alabama! Alabama to Kentucky, kayaking in a mine, Red River Gorge, exploring the beautiful Smokey Mountains, Pigeon Forge TN, Gattlinburg and so many more fun stops along the way. Thank you Fern for sharing your beautiful coach with us. Our Spring Break with the grandkids will never be forgotten. So much fun! Fern is now inducted into our family
