Pristine family friendly bunkhouse trailer was just purchased new Jan 2022 with even more recent upgrades included. Finished for high-end comfort including upgraded queen mattress, black out shades, 2 ACs, punch code access, fireplace, 50“ TV and more! Stocked trailer includes more than most and you’ll love the storage including a pantry and large fridge. Outdoor mini fridge and burner too! Sign off on inventory sheet and damage sheet required (plan on time for this at pick up).
Video provided showing set up, towing, hitching, and hookups /switches.The cost of any damaged/missing items will be deducted from the security deposit.
No refunds for early return.
If tanks are not dumped and flushed you will be charged $150.
You must use provided toilet paper. If any other toilet paper is used, you may be charged a fee of $200 to unclog and clean the tank.
There is NO SMOKING allowed in the trailer. If smoke (including cigars, pipes, vapes, drugs, etc.) is detected you will be charged $1000.
LATE RETURN: $100 per hour charge will be assessed if RV is returned later than agreed upon time. We are not a business and this could cause us to miss work and cost us income.
A $3000 fee will be assessed if renter abandons the trailer.
$300 excessive cleaning fee charged if the trailer is returned extra dirty (ex. sand, mud, excessive dirt…).
$75 cleaning fee is charged if the trailer is returned and more than a basic wipe down is required including dirty dishes.
The awning is not covered by insurance. Use at your own risk as it could cost several thousand dollars to replace and can be easily damaged in windy conditions.
