LATE RETURN: $100 per hour charge will be assessed if RV is returned later than agreed upon time. We are not a business and this could cause us to miss work and cost us income.
A $3000 fee will be assessed if renter abandons the trailer.
$300 excessive cleaning fee charged if the trailer is returned extra dirty (ex. sand, mud, excessive dirt…).
$75 cleaning fee is charged if the trailer is returned and more than a basic wipe down is required including dirty dishes.
The awning is not covered by insurance. Use at your own risk as it could cost several thousand dollars to replace and can be easily damaged in windy conditions.
