I will deliver, setup and pickup the RV. No renters pulling the RV at all. This is a high end 5th wheel with 3 separate living areas. It has a raised living room area with two couches that make into full sized beds, a love seat with two recliners, a 50" flat screen TV and a fireplace/furnace. There are sheets and gel toppers for all beds. There is also a Queen Comfort Plush Elevated Dura-Beam Airbed with Built-in Electric Pump that can be used instead of the fold out couches if desired. In the kitchen area it has an island with a big stainless steel sink, oven, stove, microwave, full size fridge, pantry, hutch area, completely furnished with Keurig coffee maker, utensils, cookware, cooking knives, NuWave Oven, Crock Pot, pots and pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, knives, etc. There is also a table that will comfortably sit two, but will fit four if you sit close. The bathroom has a full size shower, sink, toilet and towel closet. The bedroom has a king size bed, large sliding closet, lots of cabinets and drawers. There is a large outdoor matt available if there is room at your campsite for it. There are also several outside fold up chairs. There is also a Dyson vacuum cleaner. The RV is also equipped with a tankless water heater, so hot water is unlimited as long as you don't run out of propane.I will deliver, setup and pick up the RV for you. You are responsible for cleanup or I will deduct $150 from the deposit.
