Provided prompt and accommodating support
Christina was consistently prompt in communication and quick to answer questions. She offered convenient delivery, setup, and pickup services, and was very helpful, especially for first-time renters.
Comfortable, but lacked some essentials
The interior was clean and comfortable, with a working generator. However, some noted the exterior could be cleaner, a blind was broken, and cooking essentials/comforters were not always provided.

5.0This was our first time renting a trailer. Christina was so pleasant to work with! Very quick to responding to my million questions I had for her! She made everything so convenient for us, from dropping off the trailer at our campsite and setting it up for us to picking it up and hauling it away. If I'm ever in need of a trailer rental again in her area, I would 100% contact her! Thank you again Christina, you're the best!😉😎

5.0Christina was great to work with! the generator worked great although it needed oil, and one blind was kind of broken. The inside was clean, and comfy for me as I was the only one using it. . The outside could have been cleaned up more, but I'm a fussy person too. Christina was very prompt on delivering it to my campground and She had it full of water because I was dry camping. She also was prompt in picking it up and communicating with me. She was always answering any questions I had for her very quickly. I would definitely rent from her again!!!!

5.0Christina was so helpful and reassuring as this was our first time pulling a camping trailer. We were nervous but she had everything ready and reviewed it all with us. The camper was a LUXURY compared to the camping we used to do! She had bedding and basics available!

4.0Christina was a great host, always got back super fast. The only one thing about the trailer is there is not enough essentials to actually go camping with in the trailer. If we hadn't been with other people, we would not have been able to cook. Also there were sheets but no comforter(s), but we thankfuly brought our sleeping bags.
