**Bookings ARE Only Confirmed After Communication With Owner!!Time to change up your same old camping trip with this Stylish, Like-New, 30-foot, family sized RV!! It even includes bunkbeds (that convert to an extra dining/office space) for a larger family or even a Guys or Girl's Only trip!! Visit Yellowstone, Silverwood Amusement Park, the mountains, the coast, a local lake, golf courses, wine tours, or your favorite destination.
There are seatbelts and sleeping for 7 people & room for everyone to relax! The electric awning opens up so you can be outdoors, shaded from the sun and protected from the rain & even watch a movie or a game on the outdoor T.V. There are many home comforts with 2 full-wall slides. One opens up the living room space & the other allows for a standard queen bed in the back bedroom.
Before every rental, we thoroughly clean everything to keep this RV well maintained & comfortable.
We Will DO a comprehensive one-on-one total interior & exterior walk-through upon Pick-up & Drop-off. We offer disposable gloves for dumping tanks, RV toilet paper, toilet chemical packs for waste tank, fresh water hose, 15 to 30 amp electrical adapter, heavy duty sewer hose, loft ladder, dish drainer, broom & dust pan. Some mileage and generator use are included in price. [Sleeping includes: 1 Queen, 1 Full Loft, 2 single bunk beds, 1 convertible dinette, 1 jackknife sofa...see diagram photo]

We are a family of four who love vacationing in our beautiful country. We had quite the adventure as we traveled the U.S. full-time for 18 months (2016-2018) in our 42 ft--5th wheel. We fell in love with the RV Life. The Sun, Ocean, History, Nature and Food are always our destinations. The many people we met across the country, we now call friends and family. In 2018, we landed in Spokane, Washington to be near extended family. An opportunity presented itself to trade in our 5th wheel and buy a new 30 ft. Class C Freedom Elite that we've now been able to share as a rental. We hope you find exactly what your looking for in our RV, (we fondly call) THOR! We look forward to helping you take the opportunity to make memories all your own.
