• Bring your pups! Sorry kitties, you’re not invited… besides we know you prefer to stay home alone • Your mom called-she doesn’t want you smoking, so none of that • Sorry, no beach trips. Entire deposit will be forfeited if taken to/near the beach • Renter(s) agrees to no additional occupants or pets other than those listed ($200/per occupant or pet/per night). This is your excuse to tell your mother-in-law she can’t come • Renter(s) agrees no one other than the registered renter(s) will operate Evvie at any time (she's not that kind of girl) • Renter(s) agrees to fully dump grey & black tanks & rinse all hoses-it’s not as yucky as it sounds and gloves are provided ($100 fee for not dumping) • Renter(s) agrees to fully refill gas, propane & fresh water tanks ($10/gal/tank fee if not filled) • Don’t get lost! If Evvie goes more than 100 miles outside her comfort zone (your agreed upon route), there is a $5 per mile additional fee • A clean RV is a happy RV. Renter(s) agrees to return Evvie tidy (including well-washed kitchenware) to keep the cleaning fee at $125 (Additional $250 fee if deep clean is needed for inside or outside) • Renter(s) represent(s) and warrant(s) they are experienced, proficient, well trained, and possess(es) all requisite licenses and approvals to drive the RV they have rented. The Renter(s) also represent(s) and warrant(s) that they will not operate the RV under any medical, mental or physical limitation or any medications, drugs, or alcohol that would impede their performance • Renter(s) agrees to the fullest extent legally permissible under applicable law, to fully indemnify, release, hold harmless and defend owner of the RV, and any of her related entities from every claim, lawsuit, administrative or governing authority action, demand, liability, penalty, cost or expense, of whatsoever nature or description, arising out of the Renter(s)’ use or operation of this RV
