DEPARTURE & RETURN TIMES: Departure times are agreed upon by Renter and iSpy RV Rentals and can be made as early as 10:00 am on the departure date based on scheduling availability. Please plan for a 60 minute check out and orientation prior to departure. Please arrive at your scheduled tour time. If you arrive late, you tour may be shortened and/or you may be rescheduled. Normal return time is prior to 4:00 pm on the day of return. Later return may be arranged, depending upon availability. All vehicles not returned by the agreed time will be charged $100/hr until returned or reported as stolen and beyond our control at that point. SPEEDING: For maximum performance you will not want to exceed 55 MPH. The maximum speed allowed is 65 MPH, for your safety and the safety of the coach, please do not exceed 65 MPH. Speed is monitored via GPS and strictly enforced! RV RETURN FORM: This form is attached to your Rental Contract. If this form is not completed and signed by both iSpy and Renter your insurance claim may be denied, which means you (Renter) may be personally liable for any and all damage found on the unit that was not noted on Departure Form and in time-stamped pre-departure pictures. Renters are not allowed to get on the roof for any reason as this may cause damage to the vehicle. The roof is for service only. iSpy RV Rentals is not responsible for the availability of mobile techs at the destination you choose for your trip. ****Winter Advisory***** Are you traveling north during the winter months? Units cannot make the trip if the temperatures will be below freezing for an extended period of time or snow chains are required. Please let us know if you have questions or concerns about your winter travel.
