Our camper is clean, well maintained and fully loaded. 5 slide-outs, 2 bedrooms, 1 loft and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, nice size closet, dresser, 4K TV, ensuite bathroom, a few windows and a dedicated A/C unit. The master bathroom has a full size shower and medicine cabinet.
The kitchen features a full size fridge with drawer style freezer, kitchen island with sink, 1000 watt microwave, stovetop & oven.
Off the kitchen is a dining table that doubles as a full-size bed. Next to the table is a couch with 2 reclining chairs that sit adjacent to a 58" 4K Roku TV.
The rear has 2 slide-outs that make the 2nd bedroom. The bedroom has a loft and a bunk bed but also a nice pull-out, queen-size couch. It also has a couple shaded windows, a Roku TV, and an ensuite bathroom that included a small bathtub/shower, medicine cabinet and rear entry door.
The front door has keyless entry and a 22' powered awning with LED's that's great for those hot days. There is an outdoor kitchen with a small refrigerator, a rinsing sink and plenty of room in the under storage to help keeps things organized.
The kitchen will be stocked with dishes, silverware, some cookware and a Keurig with Kcups, sweetener & creamer provided. We will also provide clean sheets, bedding and towels.
There is zippered pillow protectors on all pillows and a zippered protector on the master king bed.We offer full service delivery & pick-up.
Delivery will include drop off & pick-up at an agreed upon time and we will fully set up and break down the camper for you.
Delivery cost will be a $75 fee plus $4/mile, calculated one-way from our lot to your campsite.
*Deliveries & Pick-ups Only Available after 530pm Mon-Sat and ALL DAY Sunday.
You are also welcome to tow the camper with your own truck. Self tow rates are .75¢/mile.Campgrounds with sewer hookups are preferred. There will be an additional $50 cleaning fee if there is no sewer hookups at the site. You will still be able to use the facilities but we will need to dump and clean the system periodically to prevent odors and damage.A few things to know when booking a campground spot:
-Our camper is set up to handle 20, 30 & 50 Amp service.
-The camper is 43' long, 13' tall & 13.5' wide (with slide-outs) so make sure the site you choose is large enough to accommodate.
