The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and kitchen island with built in sink for you to prepare delicious meals just like you would in the comfort of your own home!
This Keystone Avalanche has air conditioning and heating ensuring your comfort no matter the weather.
There is one bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink for you and your guests to share.We can deliver to your favorite local campsites for a small fee of $4.00 a mile, up tp 100 miles from Sparta, Tennessee.
Please note we can also deliver to any local residents if needed.So why wait? Book us for your next camping adventure! 5First of all, I want to thank Melvin for setting up everything in the RV for us and being available when we needed him. The RV was super clean, and had all the essentials needed as if you were at home. If someone is looking to rent an RV, I would highly recommend this RV. If I can give him more than a 5, I would rate him the highest possible. Thanks Melvin for having our family create such great memories in Tennessee in your RV. We look forward to renting it again in the near future.

5Fridge was not cooling. Melvin called to tell us to grab extra ice on way if we needed to and he would reimburse. He sent mechanic by 9am next day. Brought a large mini fridge in case could not repair. He fixed it and left mini fridge because it did take a day and half before coing caught up. Great job getting situation repaired. Main bed is comfy and lots of room in the bedroom. Small bedroom does not cool well. We would bring a fan for next rental. Loft was very cool and comfy for a small teen. Jackknife sofa is for a short person, but there was a 3 inch foam matress pad that extended the length onto the wood boxes next to couch. Could use additional kitchen items like plastic cups, can openersteak knifes, and larger knife for melon cutting. And just enough utensils in general. Recliners are nice. The space is nice and windows provide great views. Missing a shade over sofa. Would rent again.

5The best part of the experience was knowing that when we arrived we wouldn’t have to do anything but unpack and immediately start vacation! They had everything set up even the awning and some chairs which was super nice !
