This travel trailer is currently parked on a .25 acre lot at the end of a quiet culdesac. It can be used in place where It has access to 30amp shore power and a nearby dump station. It can also be relocated if you have a 1 ton truck or by myself to your chosen location for a small fee, where it can be completely self sufficient with on-board generator, propane, fuel station and large holding tanks for up to a week depending on individual usage.Giant toy hauler that will sleep 10 comfortably with style. A 1 ton truck required minimum with gooseneck provisions. (Currently set up with Anderson Ultimate 5th wheel adapter which will be used and attached to the ball in your truck).I will deliver and pick up (including set-up and tear-down) for $1.5 / mile round trip from the Spanaway lake area.The 14' garage can haul your toys, even a 4 seat side-by-side, or be used as a separate room for the kids/ in-laws with 2 retractable queen size beds (one can be folded into opposing couches with a table between.Tie-down straps can be provided if requested.The ramp also doubles as a patio when suspended level with garage adding almost 100 sq ft of space.Can also be used to carry kayaks, paddleboards, etc.The rear door makes it extremely easy to load/unload and even possibly wheelchair access*NO pets allowed in the living areas (garage only). You will be charged $150 from your deposit for a cleaning fee if you don't comply.Comfortably sleeps 10 (2 bunks in the garage, 1 bunk above the garage, inflatable bed in sofa/kitchen area, queen bed in the main bedroom)Very clean, fully stocked linens, dishes, etcTons of storage4 TVs connected to DVD players and antenna. Trips can be messy. We'll clean after your trip for additional fee within reasonable limits of mess ($75 one time fee). Otherwise needs to be in same clean condition upon return. Any damage you are still responsible for.A 5500-watt gas generator is on board and runs from the on-board gas tank. It will be topped off at 20 gallons at checkout. An extra charge of $20/ quarter tank will be added if you want me to fill it up on return.Please dispose of gray/black water prior to return or we can do that for an additional fee. ($75 one time fee)~Reminder All damage over the cost of the security deposit is your responsibility. You pay the deductible for the insurance you purchased via the site.We are flexible on checkout and check-in times. If you need it we can most likely make it happen given 24-hour notice. However, if we agree on a time and you are late, you will be charged $75/hour late fee.
