5.0I had an excellent experience renting this RV. The entire process was easy and smooth from start to finish. Eduardo was always available to answer questions and stayed in touch throughout the trip. The RV was in excellent condition, larger than I expected, and comfortably accommodated all five of us. I was really relieved that the gas cost wasn’t as high as I thought it would be. My family and I had a great trip and created some wonderful memories. Overall, this was a great rental experience, and I would highly recommend Eduardo to future renters. One piece of advice for first-time RV drivers (like myself) : be mindful of travel times. Our GPS estimated the drive at about four hours, but because an RV is larger and cannot be driven as fast as a regular vehicle, the trip took closer to six hours. I recommend allowing extra time in your schedule. Also, keep in mind that traffic and unexpected accidents can cause additional delays, which may affect both your arrival time and the time you return the RV.

3.0the RV looked nice and it was comfortable, but we were going on a roaadtrip to virginia and it is very very cold over there so we encounter a couple issues, one the generator wouldnt work since the day we picked up the RV and then we had to deal with it till it started working and the second issue was the heater, we only used it to get to virginia and to come back to Florida, and we were traveling with my 2 year old so this was priority for us. other than that it is very spacious and well equiped with kitchen stuff, we didnt really use the bathroom but it was spacious and convinient. both beds were spacious and comfortable, the other problem we encounter was that after we turned in the RV and we asked that the owner looks through it he said everything looked fine and then we received an email from outdoorsy claims saying we damaged the vehicle..... was a surprised.

Have we ever cancelled a Rental last minute?

We work diligently with the maintenance of our RV and do everything we can to have it available to renters on the scheduled days. We've rented to folks that had reservations for many months in advance only to have the RV owner cancel in the last minute. Super disappointing.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
'Lucky Charm' is the PERFECT size to make it a safe yet comfortable rental RV. Larger recreational vehicles may have larger accommodations, but peace of mind is what you want while driving on vacation with your family. We did the research and 25 feet is the sweet spot, you get the perfect amount of spaciousness and safety. At 25 feet, damage claims on average drop significantly.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are super flexible with pickup times and dropping off. Also, we will refill the gas tank at no extra cost to you, other than the fuel itself. We don't want you hurrying back and having to stop at a gas station right before drop off. Also, on departure date, you can drive your car to our RV parking, pick up the RV and leave your car in the RV lot for free. Rental does not cover parking and you park your vehicle at your own risk as we are not liable for any damage or theft, etc.
