2018 Grand Design 2800BH (bunk house) travel trailer that sleep 8. (7495 lbs. a 2" receiver with 2 5/16" ball is required). I have a weight distribution/sway control if needed. We are a family of five, two daughters, now 21 and 18 and a son 17. We also have two furry friends, Zac a 5yo Golden Retriever and Kenny a 2yo Frenchie (rescue). The furries are named after country singers: Zac (Zac Brown) and Kenny (Kenny Chesney). Oh and we named our kids after rock bands too. Nahh, Just kidding, really, they have normal names. I think so anyway. We love traveling with our travel trailer. It is our home away from. We have been all around Florida, Stone Mountain Georgia and Maine. All these times on the road and camping has really been fun for all of us. So many memories at so many places. We really look forward to hosting you on your next adventure.

Please No smoking of any kind in the RV or there will be an extra fee for cleaning. Pets are welcome but do not leave them unattended at any time. If there is a loss of power there will be no AC and the trailer gets extremely hot inside quickly. There will be a fee for any damage or mess made by your pets. The Trailer tires are rated for 75 mph, Please do not exceed the posted speed limits. Remember tires are your responsibility during the rental period. If you use the awning DO NOT leave the awning extended during storms or when it is windy. It will rip, tare, blow away or the mechanical arms will be damaged. If you leave the trailer for any amount of time the awning must be retracted. Do not climb on the trailer roof unless you have permission from the host. Make sure the propane tanks are shut off while towing. It's the law. Do not run the refrigerator while towing trailer. The TriFold sofa is new and we love it too. Make sure that you have no sharp objets in pockets before sitting. Please, No shoes on sofa. If you have an emergency and need to call Roadside assistance please notify the host as a courtesy. Before returning the trailer, please throw away any trash, sweep the interior, dump the grey tanks and black tanks. There is a fee if tanks are not dumped. There is a tracking device installed on the RV for your safety and ours. If you have questions or concerns in regards to the installed tracking device please do not hesitate to speak to the host.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We know how stressful loading and unloading can be so if you need extra time or help with the prepping let us know.
Q.What type tow vehicle is needed?
A.
To keep you and your family and guests safe during the transportation of the trailer you will need a vehicle capable of towing at least 10000 lbs. The vehicle should be equipped with an electric brake controller and a 7 pin electrical plug.
