Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are fairly flexible, entirely dependent on prior or post other rentals (please allow us to properly clean and prepare unit prior to next rental). We will definitely over communicate to make sure everyone is happy!
Q.Do I have to return unit with empty black/grey tanks?
A.
Yes, please! Our dumping fee is high ($150) for a reason - it will take us time to drive the unit to and from a location where we can dump/cleanout tanks. Every campground does have some version of a dumping station. However, there are exceptions, like you do end up boondocking, well - try to plan a dumping trip on your way back, so that we are not charging you this fee (we really don't want to do it!)
Q.Does Black tank needs to be chemical-treated?
A.
Yes, please add a few gallons of clean water in the Black tank only, with treatment chemicals that we will provide. Gray water does not require treatment.

A.
