The RV had several issues that made our trip less enjoyable. It clearly needed maintenance, especially the brakes, which did not feel safe. The bed over the cab was extremely thin and uncomfortable, you could actually feel the frame underneath the mattress. We also found that many of the kitchen utensils were dirty, and the RV had not been properly cleaned before we picked it up. To make matters worse, after we returned the RV, the host tried to charge us an "Excessively Dirty" fee. They reviewed all the evidence and determined the claim was unfounded and reversed the charge. Based on our experience, I recommend taking detailed photos and videos before and after your rental to protect yourself from unexpected charges. Between the maintenance issues, the lack of cleanliness, and the attempt to charge an unwarranted cleaning fee, I would not rent from this host again.

Host is very supportive and quick responsive. HmThe RV is good and well maintained.

Tom was great to work with and responsive when I needed to check with him about little things. I will use him again.

We had an absolutely wonderful time on our trip; Tom was a great host the RV was perfect for us. It was fully stocked with everything we needed; Tom went over how to operate everything. He even checked on us during our 10-day trip to make sure everything was perfect. The RV drives so nice, I have a High Country chevy truck and this RV was almost as easy to drive as my truck. It also got better full mileage then I thought it would. The RV was very clean and well taken care of. Thanks Tom.
