This is a lousy renter. He neither delivered the van personally, nor received it. He accuses me of several maluses of the van without a probe and kept my deposit with no real reason. I think he did it premeditated. I would NOT recommend renting anything from this person. If you need more details, send me an email: [email protected]

Alejandro is the first and only renter my wife and I have had to collect from the security deposit. In addition to returning the van reeking of cigarette smoke, pre versus post trip photos show damage to the captains chairs, carpet, and leather upholstery. Prior to his last day, we sent multiple reminders that the van needed to be returned by noon - the end of the booked rental period - so we would have time to prep the van for our next renter. He did not respond to these reminders. When the van was not back at noon, we called Alejandro and received no response. He also ignored phone calls from Outdoorsy support. He ended up returning the van after 4pm, requiring us to help our next renter find an alternative arrangement.

Q.Is the van suitable for tall guests?
A.
I'm 6' 1" and can stand completely vertical inside and sleep comfortably on the bed. Those much taller may need to sleep at an angle and crouch slightly inside.
