Dry axle weight 4240 lbs, dry hitch weight 600 lbs, net carrying capacity 2680 lbs, gross vehicle weight (gvwr) 7,500 lbs, exterior length with hitch 24' 10". Tanks: fresh water 46 gal, gray water 41 gal, black water 35 gal w/sani-flush (a definite plus!). Dual 30 lb propane tanks with cover. Easy care fg exterior, one piece rubber roof, heavy duty axles. Four season unit with enclosed undercarriage & heated holding tanks, and 13,500 btu ducted roof air conditioner. Side patio awning, partial pass through front storage compartment, also accessable from under bed. Spare tire (rear bumper mount), lots of exterior locking storage compartments. Outside shower, winegard tv antenna, am-fm/cd radio, Vizio flatscreen tv with inverter, and 170 watt solar panel with controller. 4-wheel electric braking, ac/dc converter and stabilization jacks. Very clean inside & out. Hi there! We are Kyle and Sam Kipper and we are very excited to be renting out our RV. We have loved and created many memories in our family trailer, but during the times that we are unable to use it, we figured others could love and enjoy it just as much as we have.
