23 ft. Class CAt 23ft this motorhome is good on gas, easy to drive and fits in small spaces.NO Burning MAN RentalsOn board Fixed solar (160 watts ) with inverter.. So you can Enjoy the peace and quiet you longed for.
with my solar, you can watch your favorite DVD movies with out having the generator running for hours on end.
You can also plug in a laptop or cell phone charger with out having to run the generator.Inside..
TV (32 Led) and DVD player runs from the inverter, so no need to run generator when you want to watch movies.
All Interior lighting is LED,
Rear ceiling vent is remote controlled for in/out venting with auto temp control.Kitchen-Bath
Utensils and basic amenities are included (silverware, pots/pans, cups, plates)
Paper towels, paper plates, plastic ware and RV Toilet paper Included ( No Charge )
Recommended: paper plates and plastic ware helps on the reduction of fresh water use -
Dish Soap and general purpose cleaning spray
Toilet Tank deodorizer ( will be applied prior to rental- But if you have to add, please follow the instructions)
Please provide your own bedding- pillows, blankets and towelsOutside...

No climbing on the roof, I am allowing a pet friendly rental ( No dogs over 25 pounds ), so please don't make me regret it. any evidence of stains or damage to interior from pets, or misuse will be deducted from the security deposit. any evidence from smoking or illegal drugs will result in forfeit of security deposit in whole. meaning all of it. Please do not store any fire wood or propane tanks inside the rv or allow for any loose objects ( i.e.) additional tables or chairs, coolers, etc. from becoming a hazard during motion and from causing damage to the interior of the rv or persons in it. I will provide you with a clean Motorhome ( Interior and Exterior) ..Therefore I would expect the same upon return. If it is returned not clean, you will be charged for both.. wiping the windows will not constitute for a cleaning nor will just hosing it off..
