I work seasonally in different parts of the U.S. as a wildland firefighter, and also volunteer in disaster response. My husband works as a catastrophic insurance adjuster, so he also travels for work in response to major storms and incidents. When not on the fireline, digging homes out from floods or inspecting roofs, we love to travel throughout the U.S. with our dog Bessie. Some of our favorite places include southeast Tennessee, southwest Colorado, and northeast Washington and the Idaho mountains. We love the RV lifestyle, and live full-time in a beefy motorcoach. I also have a 33-foot 5th wheel which I use for work when I need to, and which I'm in the process of listing on Outdoorsy, too, so more folks can take advantage of RV-ing. Happy Trails!
