*48 hours or more needed in advance to modify*Cosa è inclusoOur Paradise keeps you comfy in both the hot or cooler weather with a furnace and air conditioning and is stocked with these complimentary items: 2 complete Queen bedding with quality sheet sets/comforters, extra cozy blankets, beach/bath & kitchen towels, folding camp chairs, folding side tables, prep table, camp gear (battery-operated lanterns, clothesline, hammock, hand vac, broom/dust pan, citronella candles, campfire starters, telescoping skewers, portable air compressor, shovel/ax/tools, etc.) most all kitchen comforts, lg outdoor patio mat, 10x10 pop-up canopy for over picnic table, and all your paper products (paper towels, napkins, RV TP, Kleenex, paper plates), and games/puzzles for all ages. We literally have packed the RV with most everything you need! (Upon request, I can provide a complete list of all equipment we provide.)I pride myself on a clean and sanitary RV for your safety and ours. Our Paradise The entire interior and exterior are cleaned, sanitized, restocked, and maintenance conducted between each rental for maximum comfort. * No bikes, scooters, camp chairs, BBQ, or other outdoor equipment allowed inside. Please use exterior storage and available bike chain locks for securing outside.
* All cleaning and cooking of fish shall be done outside the RV.
* RV shall be returned in clean order or excessive cleaning charges can be imposed.
* Refuel fee: $60 for every 1/4 tank ($250 charged for full tank) - Please return with a FULL tank to avoid fees.

5Incredibly well stocked, well organized, and very thoughtful host. The rig is well designed, spacious, and easy to drive. They have it decked out so well you could fly in to PDX with a backpack full of clothes and not want for anything taking this anywhere (well, you would need to get food I suppose) and have a great time. Highly recommended!!

5Teresa is the undisputed hostess with the mostest! Very sweet, helpful, and accommodating in every way imaginable (and in a few we hadn’t thought of)! The check in and out was smooth and trouble free! We cannot recommend this host more highly!

5This is a beautiful rv, in very good cosmetic and mechanical condition. It has a great layout, a very comfortable bed, and fantastic amenities. However, the best part of this rv is the hosts. They have stocked this rig with everything you could possibly want and many things you didn’t know you needed. I’m talking things like all sorts of cooking utensils, pots, pans, fire starters, camping chairs, games, toys for the kids, bug spray, picnic blankets, a ground cloth for the awning area, marshmallow roasting sticks, and a hundred other things. And everything was nicely organized, labeled, and they even provide a nice document showing everything that is on board so you know ahead of time what you’ll have. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that everything is perfect on their rv and I will absolutely be renting from them again if circumstances permit.
