This RV is 28 Foot Long, 8 Ft wide and 13 Ft high Ford F450 V8. She's a Majestic made by Four winds. She's the perfect home away from home. PET Friendly!
There is room for 6 to comfortably sleep, she has new memory foam mattresses in both bed areas, a larger refrigerator, 3 burner stove cooktop also a micro/convection unit with cooking hood. Full shower with separate toilet & sink area off of master bedroom. There is a fold out couch that sleeps 2, it's a full size, a queen size overhead cab that sleeps 2, and a Queen size in the separate master bedroom that also sleeps 2.
She also has 2 Roku TVs w/remotes so you can watch Netflix, Hulu, the Roku channel & more. There is one in living area & the other is in the master bedroom. NO Wifi included, so please bring your own mobile hotspot, the Wifi that you get at campgrounds are not always good.
She has a new back-up camara & has had regular maintenance. The AC is cold & the heater is toasty warm. The appliances can run on propane or electricity. This RV is best when using Campground utilities and sewer/water lines. It has fresh water, and city water hook ups, along with sewer & 30 amp plug in. 100 feet of water hose, a sewer discharge line hose and hose leveling rack as required by campgrounds. Stocked with all your basic cooking needs Forks, knives, spoons, Coffee pot, Coffee cups, forks, spoons Etc.Comes with at least a 4 pack of RV toilet paper & septic tablets. Ladies, please no feminine products down the toilet.
Please don't worry about dumping the sewer or refilling the propane. We have included these services as part of your booking. We appreciate your business.
Gas tank must be returned full or you have the option of pre-paying for returning it without refilling it.
