-No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the RV at any time.
-No illegal drugs or unlawful activity are allowed in or around the RV. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the rental and additional fees.
Pets
-Pets are welcome with prior approval.
-Owners are responsible for all pet behavior, cleaning up after pets, and preventing damage.
-Pets must not be left unattended inside the RV unless crated
Care & Use
-Treat the RV as if it were your own home.
-Do not climb on the roof.
-Use only RV-safe toilet paper and follow black/gray tank guidelines.
-Do not flush wipes, feminine products, or foreign objects.
-Keep awning retracted during high winds or when not in use.
Driving & Safety
-Only approved drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the RV.
-Obey all traffic laws and drive responsibly.
-No off-road use unless explicitly authorized.
Cleaning & Return
-Return RV in similar condition as received.
-Excessive cleaning, staining, or damage may result in additional fees.
