Forest is a 2021 travel trailer featuring a full Queen size bed, stovetop, oven, fridge, freezer, ice maker, fireplace, microwave, heating, cooling, inside & outside shower & so much more. Tons of storage space for a trailer this size. Under dinette storage, large pantry and large master bedroom closet.Forest sleeps 8 and comes with 1 large slide with spacious sleeping sofa that folds down into a bed. Kitchen table & seating area separate that also folds into a bed. Kitchen with plenty of space for cooking.Forest comes with an electrical retractable awning with LED lights. Outdoor carpet mat & some other basic camping supplies. Smoke alarms, CO2, and gas alarm inside as well.No smoking in the unit please!!!
Pets are welcome; max 50lbs.Forest will be spotless & sanitized for your stay upon arrival.Forest has a larger fridge and freezer than most campers this size, making it perfect for a larger family.You are more than welcome to take a tour of Forest: https://youtu.be/nCRl__A5tQ0.**Please be sure when making your camping reservation you will need at least 36ft, 30 amp, water & sewer. If you’re a first time camper we will make sure you are comfortable with everything before we leave you to enjoy!If you are going to be camping in Pigeon Forge, Wears Valley or Townsend we will not charge you the mileage fee. Please remember that the water heater is only 6 gallons. It is small, take quick showers. There is only one AC unit in this camper. If it is a hot day outside and you are in the direct sunlight it may be warm in the camper too. By night fall it will cool down. The AC unit does work, but there is only one. Welcome to camping! No smoking or climbing on the roof. And please DO NOT touch connections outside or inside. No matter how much you know about camping. This is not your camper. If you have a problem please notify us and we will be glad to address it.

We are a married couple partnered in business as well. We moved to the Smoky Mountains from lower Alabama for adventure and to teach our children (and ourselves) on how to live on very little. We moved here in a camper and have not looked back since. We have done many things to make ends meet while we got established in our new location, including cleaning cabin rentals, so we thought 'hey why not give other families a sense of adventure too, by letting them stay in, Forest, one of our camper rentals.' We learned a thing or two about cleaning cabins, so rest assure your camper rental, Forest, will be clean! ;-)
