This is trailer provides a perfect escape. We pull it (Gvwr 3500) with our minivan but it isn't short on space. There is a queen bed in the front, bunk beds in the back, and a dinette that converts into a full bed sleeping 6. The slide out provides extra walking space to make things more comfortable. There is a 2 burner stove and a great size refrigerator (4.3cubit ft) and freezer. There is heating and air conditioning and a shower with a decent size tub for washing clothes or children. Kitchen will come stocked with plates, silverware, pots, pans, and a French press for coffee. We purchased the trailer brand new so it is in great condition. We have already started making memories in it and we hope you will too. We are located 5 mins from Pigeon Forge and 20 mins from Gatlinburg. Tons of great camping out in the national park or in town RV parks. Brake Control recommended, and tow package must have 7 point Rv plug. Comes with 20 lb full propane tank.

We have really enjoyed camping with our 3 kids all over the country but some of our favorite memories have been made right here in the Smoky Mountains. Elkmont and Smokemont are our top 2 campgrounds! A spot by the river with a fire going, and a good cup of coffee. Doesn’t get much better for us!
