The electric tongue jack & 17" length makes setting up easy. Includes all hoses for sewer, water, & cable TV hook up.Sleeps: 4 very comfortably but could sleep more with smaller children. Very comfortable permanent full size mattress and a set of bunk beds. Includes 4 pillows, sheets, blankets, & towels.Amenities: TV, DVD player, fridge/freezer, microwave, carbon monoxide detector, electric and gas burner, electric hot water heater, k-cup/regular coffee maker. Four outdoor chairs, 10x10 pop up canopy, outdoor stove.Included: pot, pans, bowls, cups, plates & basic utensils. Dish rag, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, cleaning supplies, trash bags, tank treatment.
You will need to supply your own- firewood, charcoal, small propane bottles for outdoor stove.Pets: Dogs allowed but Please NO Cats due to extreme allergy. Linens must be free of cat hair. Please bring your own linens if you have a pet that sheds excessively $75 cleaning fee added if returned with excessive hair. Any damages by pets will also be charged accordingly. Small dog crate available.Delivery: Local delivery, setup, take down, empty tanks, and will fill fresh water tank.Towing: 7- way connector, 2-5/16 ball, Trailer weighs 2175lbs, Hitch 325lbs, payload capacity 1575lbs, Gvwr 3850lbs, has new tiresDRY Camping: Generator Required. How does it work camping at a primitive campground like Elkmont and Cades Cove?
A.
First make sure site allows generators. Generator rentals are available if you do no have one. You will run the generator to keep the battery charged. The battery operates the lights, water, furnace, and fridge. I can fill the fresh water tank for you before you leave. You may want to bring 5 gallon jugs to refill the tank if staying a while. I will also provide a portable waste tank you can use to empty the tanks if they fill before your trip is over.
