Hello!
When you pickup camper I will have contract for you to sign.
Important Stuff To Know & Agree To:
*Pickup Times: 10am-4pm read about fee
*Drop Off Times: by 4pm read about fee
*(Our 3 toddlers are on a routine in the evening & it's rough when we get off routine).
*There is a $25 fee for late pickup/returns past 4 p.m. *After 7 p.m. it's a fee of one nights rental. *Storage lot does close at 11 p.m.
*NO Smoking & NO Pets: Evidence of smoking or pets will result in the forfeiture of $200 Security Deposit (my son & I both have allergies).
*Sorry, but no use of the awning. It is easy to tear up awning & repair is expensive (One person had to replace for $1900).
*Camper is at a storage lot. Call or text me 30 mins before arriving so I am there.
*The storage lot where camper is located is 10 minutes from Louisville, Ky
*The camper does come w/bed sheets for all beds. You need your own pillows. There is pots, plates, silver wear, toaster, dish soap, & misc.
*30amp service hookups.
*With camper being at storage lot we can not fill up the water tank for you, but you can ask the owner during the day if someone is there to use their water for around a $5 fee.
*100 gallon fresh water tank.
*Sometimes we do Delivery / Set-up / pick-up (within 15 miles of zip 47150): $100.00 cash on delivery(There is a $20 dump fee if we have to dump after we pickup camper). If it is more than 15 miles contact me & I can tell you if we are able to or not with a different fee.
*We don't have a generator.

Hello,
We live in Southern Indiana, across the river from Louisville, Ky. We have 5 kids, daughter 17, son 12, 2 year old twin girls, & 10 month boy. We love camping and traveling, but taking a break right now with our twins & new baby. Our favorite camping/vacation is at Edisto Island. You can camp right by the ocean and it is our heaven on earth. I can't wait to get back into camping, but I'm sure you will enjoy our camper as much as we do and make wonderful memories.
