1. No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the van. Let’s keep it clean and fresh for everyone. 2. No Festivals or Extreme Conditions: Festival bookings are not permitted. Vanessa is not intended for heavy dust, excessive mud, or wild environments. 3. No Rough Terrain or 4x4 Trails: Vanessa is not a 4x4. Well-maintained dirt or gravel roads are okay, but avoid any route that requires high clearance or four-wheel drive. If you’d hesitate in a regular car, don’t take the van there. 4. Drive with Care: Take corners slowly, mind overhead clearance (especially in forested areas or drive-thrus), and always obey posted speed limits. 5. Roof Access Prohibited: The roof houses important components like solar panels and Starlink — please do not climb or place items on the roof under any circumstances. 6. Return Clean & Tidy: A deep clean is included in your prep fee, but we ask that you return Vanessa with dishes washed, trash removed, and general tidiness. Excessive cleaning may result in an additional fee. 7. Fuel & Water Policy: The van comes with a full tank of gas and 33 gallons of water — please return it the same, or fees will apply. 8. Pet Policy (Optional): If you’d like to bring a furry friend, please ask in advance. Approved pets may require a small additional fee and agreement to pet-related rules. 9. No Modifications: Please don’t hang, tape, or screw anything into the walls or modify the interior in any way. 10. Mileage Limits: Each rental includes 160 miles per night.
