This is a 32' camper with two slide outs. Sleeps 4 comfortably; sleeps 6 including dinette. Queen bed located in a separate bedroom with door and a pull-out sofa.The living area is comforted by an electric fireplace sitting below the TV, and stereo system that includes radio, CD and DVD player. The TV is a new smart tv that includes an Amazon Firestick (WiFi not included). Second tv for bedroom available by request. Also includes a pull-out couch that sleeps and a double reclining love seat. Kitchen area includes a table with two bench seats (storage underneath both bench seats and converts to a bed), a sink with a new faucet, microwave, gas stove and oven with fan, refrigerator with freezer that runs on propane or electric.The all-important and very essential A/C keeps you nice and cool during our Florida summers. Air conditioner has a new digital thermostat and a new system put in June 2023.Generator is available for an extra $30 per day.Outdoor rug and chairs (4) included.Outdoor Power Retractable Awning is attached for your outdoor pleasure. There is a plug for outside electricity and a cable hook up for a tv (not included). There is a propane connection for a gas grill. The power hitch makes hook up a breeze. Includes hitch and stabilizing bars.

More than 4 stars & less then 5 - Cathy and her team =] were ready and waiting on us on the pick up day. With help of her husband the hook up to my truck went smoothly. During our stay at the camp site there was an issue with a leak with an inlet hose in the bathroom, so if you rent the RV check to insure it was fixed so there isn't any inconvenience during your trip. Otherwise it was a great experience and the RV handled well pulled by a 1500 RAM. Thank you both for the help and the quick responses.
