We are happy to be as flexible as possible with dropping off and picking up the van.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
1. When you are ready to park and camp, switch the Victron inverter to "on", this will allow AC power to flow to all the outlets! 2. When using the induction cooktop, we recommend using on the lowest possible setting to conserve battery power. 3. When not in use, turn the water pump to off. 4. This is a big rig! take corners wide and always list to warning from the vehicle monitors when backing up or maneuvering in tight quarters!

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
1. GiGi does not have a water "hook up", but her tank can be filled to 26 gallons - which is quite a lot! 2. There is a power hook up for "shore power". When plugged-in, turn the inverter to "Charge Only", this will send power to all outlets and the water heater! 3. The water-heater consumes a LOT of electricity and can only be used when plugged in to shore power.

How does the toilet work?
A.
This is a classic, simple, removable porta-potty. Please use for #1 only, and NOT #2! To use the toilet: 1. vent the toilet by opening the flush prior to using 2. After you go, empty the bowl with the flush lever. 3. while the flush is still open, push the water button to rinse the bowl. 4. close the flush to trap liquid and odor. 5. empty and rinse the waste tank before returning the vehicle (see instructions.)
