Responsive and accommodating support
Jim consistently offers outstanding communication, patiently answering questions and accommodating travel delays. He ensures straightforward pickup/drop-off and provides a well-prepared van, though one reservation was canceled by the host.
Smooth, manageable driving with amenities
The van drives smoothly, adapting easily to different roads and city traffic. It features a comfortable bed, functional AC, mini-fridge, sink, and an inverter. Some reports mentioned non-functional pop-up tent zippers, missing awning poles/ladder, and a faulty fuel gauge.
