We expect that you will return Clark in the condition you received him. Don’t worry about exterior washing, but please tidy the interior.Fill up the gas tank prior to return. If you are not able to fill up the gas prior to returning the van, there will be a charge of $30 plus the cost of the gas to fill the tank.If there is excessive cleaning needed, there will be a minimum $200 fee added to any professional cleaning services needed. $100 per additional hour after 2 hours of cleaning. If professional services are required or additional airing out time is needed due to smoke or other odors, the entirety of your deposit will be forfeited in addition to any insurance claims filed as well.Lost key charge $250.

5.0This was our first van trip, and our first rental on Outdoorsy- Shane's regular communication, patience, and flexibility made the whole process so much easier, and Clark was a dream to travel in! The bed was super comfy (even for an insomniac!), the van handled well through Olympic National Park, and it was a luxury to have a such a thoughtfully stocked kitchen throughout our trip. Shane was incredibly flexible, and allowed us to pick up the van early, and drop it off late, which gave us more time in the park. He helped us solve a few problems along the way with the fan and the carbon monoxide detector, putting our minds quickly at ease with his speedy communication. The van was so intentionally and lovingly outfitted for a week-long trip, and squeaky clean. Highly recommend!

5.0We Rented Clark for a trip to Glacier National Park. The van was spacious, with all little amenities for camping and driving it on the mountains was a breeze. It is very well maintained. Would tent again!

Shane was the perfect host—responsive, thorough in explaining all the details of the van, provided great resources to use the van when off the grid and out of cell phone contact (a downloadable video on how the van works as well as a comprehensive binder). Van was extremely well-equipped, clean, and easy to drive. Will be booking again!
