This is sleeping for a third person and very comfortable for watching TV. The inside of the trailer has been painted and has custom curtains. There is a screened in canvas patio, an outdoor rug, and two folding chairs and a hammock. There is a vintage stainless steel charcoal BBQ available as well. This home can be picked up at various locations along the Colorado River and Lake Havasu or Seal Beach, Huntington Beach California.

I have 2 cats and a poodle so my rig is pet friendly and comes with a cat tee. Pets MUST be house trained. I own a home and can stay there when my RV is in use, but I am in the RV most of the time. My renters can arrange delvery and pick up at several locations along the Colorado River or Orange County, Ca. The RV comes with all linens and towels.
