No Smoking inside the camper or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit. A Dumping fee of $150 dollars will be deducted from security deposit if camper is returned without emptied waste tanks. A Propane refill fee of $75 will be charged if camper returned without full propane tanks.

we had our sons wedding at the Cohee barn venue and it was so nice to be right there and stay. Teryl + Chelsea went above and beyond to make that weekend for me and my wife even more speacial for us.
we had a problem on the generator and he dropped everything and came out and fixed it.
The trail had so much in it .even had toys and treats for our dog Sheba.
It was so nice that Teryl brought the trailer and set everything up and aslo picked it up. it was one less thing we had to worry about.
if we ever have to rent a trailer again, Teryl + Chelsea will be our only to rent from.

We had a wonderful trip int his camper. Teryl and Chelsea are wonderful, great communication before during and after the trip ended. We will definitely rent from them again. We paid for delivery and upon our arrival everything was set up and super. It was amazing not to have to do it ourselves. The camper was fully stocked with cooking supplies, plates, cups, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, outdoor folding chairs and more this made packing much easier on us. I can’t say enough good things!

We had our camper delivered to the site before we even got there! It was amazing! Super clean and all ready to go with even the rug laid out for us. The hosts Teryl and Chelsea were also amazing!! They stopped by the site later in the day because they were delivering another camper and were extremely nice and personable! I would HIGHLY recommend renting from them :)
