5.0We had a great experience with this adventure van! We had never traveled in an RV before, but Bing made it all so easy by supplying a user guide that is very easy to understand (PDF in advance and printed copy provided in the van). Bing was extremely responsive, and answered the few questions that came up during the trip within minutes. The van is clean and in very good shape; it has a few little dings but is representative of what we might look to buy for ourselves someday (i.e. gently used), so it was a perfect way for us to try out Van Life for a week!

5.0This was one of the best camping trips I took with my son. I’ve never driven an RV and Bing made it extremely simple by providing a well put together picture user manual. The van handles incredible and the amenities were perfect. He was very easy to reach and got back to me right away after any questions I had. I will be renting from him again! Very well maintained RV!

Domande frequenti
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
As long as it doesn't interfere with another renter's reservation, we can accommodate early pick ups and late drop offs. Just message us with your request! :)
Q.
Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
I made simple and easy-to-understand pictures and videos to help guests learn how to use the RV in advance and know how to handle common problems and issues.
Q.
Propane System Introduction (A)
A.
The RV uses propane to power the stove, water heater, and furnace. The propane tank capacity is 24 lbs (about 6 gallons). Safety Notes: 1. The main propane switch is located at the rear left side of the RV For safety, do not use propane while driving, and always keep the main switch off when the vehicle is moving. 2. Hot water and heating are provided by the Truma system. The Truma control panel is inside the cabinet above the sink.
Q.
About my RV's electrical system:
A.
This RV has two power systems: 1. 120V (AC power) – for big appliances: A/C, microwave, TV, and all household outlets. 2. 12V (DC power) – for smaller systems: fridge, water pump, awning, 12V USB ports, two roof fans, control panel, all lights, and the water tank sensors. The 120V main switch is a screen on the side wall under the kitchen sink . Below this screen is the 12V power knob (see pictures for details).
