A 15k BTU AC united, 30k BTU propane heater, satellite pre-wired.Queen size bed with new memory foam mattress and combo washer/dryer in the master bedroom. Bathroom with standup shower and collapsible bathtub for babies and toddlers.Outside: outdoor kitchen, included lawn chairs, 21 ft awning. 2-14 gallon propane tanks, 60 gal fresh water tank, 86 gal gray water, and 43 gal black tank.
